1. Where can I find my tracking number?

After completing the checkout process, you will receive an order confirmation. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed and shipped before tracking information can become available to you.

2. Why does my order have multiple tracking numbers?

Your order may include multiple tracking numbers if you purchased one of our items that ship from a different vendor. Some vendors ship more quickly than others and you could receive tracking information for one item sooner than others in your order.

3. How does the return/refund process work?

Returns are only available for items ordered within the United States of America.

If a return label was not already included in your package send us an e-mail at revealhorizons@gmail.com with your order number. Including details about the reason for your returns help us do better business with you in the future.

Please allow 3-5 business days after the return is received to receive your refund. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
