Why does my order have multiple tracking numbers?
An order will include multiple tracking numbers when you've purchased two or more items that come from different suppliers. Some items process more quickly than others, meaning you could receive tracking information for one item sooner than others in your order.
After payment details have been confirmed you will begin to receive e-mails with your tracking information. We will send tracking information as soon as it become available to us. We assure you, we are doing our best to provide you with your tracking information as soon as possible.
How does the return/refund process work?
If your package did not already come with a return label inside please send us an e-mail at support@revealhorizons.com with your order number.
Please include any details about the reason for the return in your e-mail. It helps us do better business with you and other customers in the future.
Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Returns are only available for domestic orders.
