Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days.

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days.

International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected service.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

International Orders & Customs

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@revealhorizons.com, with photos of the product and packaging.

Reveal Horizons is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your order is marked “delivered” but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, your building management, or your local carrier before contacting us.
Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, the estimated shipping timeline will be noted on the product page.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

14-day return window for unsatisfactory products (original condition required).

Next-business-day cancellation available for orders not yet shipped.
