Refund policy
Return policy:
Defective or damaged products: If you received a defective or damaged product, you may elect to receive a full refund or a replacement. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage to expedite the process.
Incorrect orders: If you receive an item that you did not order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the correct product.
Unsatisfactory products: If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the order within 14 days in exchange for store credit or a refund minus restocking fee ( the product should be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact)

Shipping: Reveal Horizons will bear the shipping costs for defective, damaged, and/or unsatisfactory products received within the specified time period (14 days)
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used to make the purchase whereas store-credit will be issued for defective and/or damaged items.
Please allow two to four business days to process and issue the refund once the returned item is received.
Cancellations:
a. Next-Day Cancellation: You may cancel your order within one business day from the time of purchase. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service department or fill out the cancellation form on our website.
Cancellations made within this time frame will be processed, and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. Once the item has been shipped, the cancellation will be treated as a return, subject to our return policy.
b. Order cancellation after shipment: If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process outlined above.
